Description: Cheetahs love moving fast! This children’s movement class is taught at a quick, invigorating pace. Recommended for children who already understand the basics of yoga, dance, and gymnastics and who know how to control their body.

Cost: By Donation, Pay-what-you-can. Donate here or via Venmo @keonimovementarts. Suggested range: $0 - $10.

Equipment and Space Considerations: 

• clear a space of around 5’ x 7’

• have a chair handy nearby 

• if possible, have a wall space available with a width of around 3’ and height around 3 - 5’ 

• if possible, do the class on a rug, carpet or yoga mat

• have a water bottle nearby

• have a favorite stuffed animal, if available
